Email all orders and vector artwork to croakiesasi@hilcovisionoutdoor.com. Emailed orders will be acknowledged via reply confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within two business days of submitting an order, call Customer Service at 855.922.8626. If you are unable to email your order, you can fax your order to 800.959.4452.

Croakies Promotional Products are to be used exclusively for giveaway purposes only, and as such will not include hangtags. If you are interested in purchasing Croakies products to resell, please contact us and we will help you set up a Retail Account.

Digital proofs and an order proforma will be emailed for your approval within three business days after receipt of PO and artwork. Once we receive your approval and payment the order is released to production. Because additional revisions and proofs incur a Graphics fee, please submit artwork showing exact imprint placement and explain any modifications in detail on the PO. Delays providing complete PO, useable artwork or approvals may result in production and shipping delays.
Standard production October to March lead time is 10 business days after order/proof approval and prepayment required. The Lead time during our peak volume season, April through September is 15 days after approval.

The set up fee is a one-time charge for new artwork and also applies when using repeat artwork on a new product. When placing repeat orders, please refer to the previous PO#(s) if possible.
Orders for speculative samples are treated as regular orders. Submit PO and artwork per instructions above. Costs for spec samples include item, set up fee, run charge for multi-color imprints and modifications to artwork. Digital proofs and an order proforma are emailed for final approval before orders are released to production. Charges for labor and material costs may be applied to orders that require changes - or are canceled - after production has begun. All customer submitted copy or other materials used in producing orders accepted as being in full compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, service mark or similar protections. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from any liability which may result from factory's usage of customer submitted copy of art.

Minimum order quantity for retainers is 100 per size/style (belts are 30). Multiple product base colors are ok, however no less than 20 of each. Set up fee for new art is $30.00/V per color. Two or more colors adds $0.40/T per item, per color. Ink color changes within an order adds $10.00. Artwork creation or modification (art not supplied or not print ready) adds $56.00/V per hour. Rush charges start at $50.00. Free virtual proofs are usually provided within 2-3 business days of order receipt - providing customer art meets requirements.


In order for Croakies to provide special coded pricing, ASI/PPAI/SAGE customers are required to set up a Croakies Account. It's a quick easy process.

If you prefer PrePay terms (credit card is charged when production begins) complete the top portion of the second page of the application and Fax to our Customer Service at 800-959-4452 or Email to our Customer Service croakiesasi@hilcovisionoutdoor.com with the attached Payment form. PrePay accounts can usually be set up same or next day.

You will receive an email notification when the account is set.


Croakies custom art service is dedicated to offering you the highest quality service and best quality finished products available. A large part of our success rests on the original art you send to us. For the best results customer supplied artwork must be:

  • Digital vector art file
  • We would prefer digital vector art in the following formats; vector pdf or Illustrator native, eps or pdf.
  • All fonts must be outlines
  • For silkscreen purposes type must be at least 12 points in size and all lines and linespaces must be 1 point in size.
  • All art to be silkscreened must be solid lineart because we cannot reproduce halftones or gradations
  • Art to be sublimated can be either solid of halftones
Please include specific ink information if color is critical. Exact color match is not guaranteed however every effort will be made to match as close as possible. If you send us art in a format other than listed above be aware that a). we may not be able to open the file, and b). we will have to spend additional time recreating your artwork to match or meet our requirements. This will incur additional artwork charges and will delay the completion of your order. Please name your files with names that will allow us to easily connect them to your order.

  • Expedited shipping via UPS or FED EX is available to meet in-hands date
  • For events, exact dates must be supplied to us to ensure delivery
  • Shipping account number and value of order must be supplied by the customer when orders are placed
All shipments are insured via carrier. Once merchandise is picked up from our factory, product becomes property of the customer. Carrier assumes responsibility for any delays or damages.


We reserve the right to keep and use any overruns for samples. If you need special packaging please contact Customer Service for details. Catalogs are available at no charge. Federal tax id number will be supplied upon request. We guarantee quality service and products. Please notify the manufacturer of any defects, discrepancies or errors within thirty days of shipped delivery or claims will not be honored. We have the right to repair or replace. Croakies reserves the right to change the pricing of products or services without notice. Imprints, logos or trademarks displayed in this catalog are for the purpose of showing printing capabilities only. Use of such does not constitute an endorsement of the product, nor does it indicate the product has been used or purchased by the person or company. The products in this catalog are for promotional use and not to be sold at retail by promotional companies or their clients. Croakies is happy to provide free random over-run samples and will send up to three via USPS mail at no charge. For four or more please provide UPS account # for secure shipping and tracking. All logos shown are for illustrative purpose only.


Credit approval from our Credit dept. is required to receive net 30-day terms. A Credit application must be authorized by a principal, proprietor or partner of your organization. New accounts require one week processing time when applying for net 30-day terms. Prior credit approval required for net 30-day terms. Pre-payment allowed on all orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Pricing is based on quantity per item ordered. Croakies reserves the right to change the pricing of products or services without notice.
