HOW TO ORDER
Email all orders and vector artwork to email@example.com. Emailed orders will be acknowledged via reply confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation within one business day of submitting an order, chances are the email did not transmit properly. Call Customer Service at 800.443.8620. If you are unable to email your order you can fax your order to 406.587.4303. Digital proofs and an order proforma will be emailed for your approval within three business days after receipt of PO and artwork. Once we receive your approval and payment needed the order is released to production. Because additional revisions and proofs incur a Graphics fee, please submit artwork showing exact imprint placement and explain any modifications in detail on the PO. Delays providing complete PO, useable artwork or approvals may result in production and shipping delays. Standard production lead time is 10 business days after order/proof approval and prepayment required. Lead time during our peak volume season, March through September, is 15 days after approval. Croakies Customer Service staff is available 8 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, Mon-Fri for assistance. The set up fee is a one-time charge for new artwork and also applies when using repeat artwork on a new product. When placing repeat orders, please refer to the previous PO#(s) if possible. Orders for speculative samples are treated as regular orders. Submit PO and artwork per instructions above. Costs for spec samples include item, set up fee, run charge for multi-color imprints and modifications to artwork. Digital proofs and an order proforma are emailed for final approval before orders are released to production. Charges for labor and material costs may be applied to orders that require changes - or are canceled - after production has begun. All customer submitted copy or other materials used in producing orders accepted as being in full compliance with applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, service mark or similar protections. The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless from any liability which may result from factory's usage of customer submitted copy of art.
IMPRINTING & PRODUCTION LEAD TIMEStandard production lead time is 10 business days after order/proof approval. Lead time during our peak volume season, March through September is 15 days after approval. Rush orders or orders requested faster than the standard 10 to 15 business day production time may be available. Please call for materials availability. Additional charges will apply. Minimum quantity is 100 (belts are 75). Multiple items colors are ok however, no less than 20 of each. Click here for pdf showing all product colors. Set up fee for new art is $30.00 V per color. Two or more colors adds $0.40 P per item, per color. Ink color changes within an order adds $10.00. Artwork creation or modification (art not supplied or not print ready) adds $56.00 V per hour. Copy change adds $30.00 V. Rush charges start at $30.00. Non imprinted products use end quantity pricing. Free virtual proofs are usually provided within 2-3 business days of order receipt - providing customer art meets our requirements.
ACCOUNT INFORMATIONIn order for Croakies to provide special coded pricing Advertising Specialties customers are required to set up a Croakies Account. It's a quick easy process. If you would like to apply for Net 30 terms complete the entire application and either Fax to our Customer Service 800-959-4452 or Email to our Customer Service. CustomerService@Hilco-usa.com. Allow a few days for processing and contacting references. If you prefer PrePay terms (credit card is charged when production begins) complete the top portion of the first page of the application and Fax to our Customer Service at 800-959-4452 or Email to our Customer Service CustomerService@Hilco-usa.com with the attached Payment form. PrePay accounts can usually be set up same or next day. You will receive an email notification when the account is set.
ARTWORK INFORMATIONCroakies custom art service is dedicated to offering you the highest quality service and best quality finished products available. A large part of our success rests on the original art you send to us. For the best results customer supplied artwork must be:
- Vector art digital file or camera ready artwork.
- We would prefer digital vector art in the following formats; vector pdf or Illustrator native, eps or pdf.
- All fonts must be outlines
- For silkscreen purposes type must be at least 12 points in size and all lines and linespaces must be 1 point in size.
- For pad printing we can accept art that is smaller and more detailed without the silkscreen restrictions.
- All art to be silkscreened or pad printed must be solid lineart because we cannot reproduce halftones or gradations
- Art to be sublimated can be either solid of halftones

- Shipping account number and value of order must be supplied by the customer when orders are placed
